1779T Independence DNC XL Headset

The 17-79 Independence Headset offers the same enhanced design as the Pilot 17-76 plus some modifications originally incorporated for the American military. It has a flexible, extendable boom for precise positioning, the ear cups are deeper to provide more passive attenuation and the modular design allows the addition of a throat microphone in high noise environments. The 17-79 also offers an additional 12-22 dB of active noise reduction at 125Hz an an extended battery life of 30-50 hours continuous use.
