Note: Packages without a visible RMA on the outer packaging may be refused or returned to the customer at their cost. Please do not return items to Chief without an RMA or speaking to our customer service department first.
- Before clicking the send button, print a completed copy of this form
- Upon acceptance of this RMA request, an RMA number will be emailed to you
- Write it in the RMA field on your printed copy and include it in your return package
- Be sure to mark the outer box with your RMA and make sure the RMA is visible on the package
- RMA items must be delivered to Chief within 30 days of the RMA provided
