Transponder antenna with top loaded stub monopole. Antenna radiator is mechanically captivated and is machined from beryllium copper for impact resistance. Metallic parts plated with bright nickel for corrosion resistance. Mounts through 0.6" dia hole. Rated to 300 kts. Single and twin engine piston aircraft for applications of this antenna design.
