3M 1300L Scotch-Weld™ Neoprene High Performance Rubber and Gasket Adhesive is a yellow, fast-drying, general purpose synthetic rubber-based adhesive.

• Hight immediate strength
• Fast-drying and heat resistant
• For bonding most rubber and gasket materials to most metal, bake enamel, wood, plastics and neoprene, reclaim, SBR, butyl rubber and other surfaces
• Meets requirements of MMM-A-121
• Low Viscosity for spray applications

Note: Not recommended for bonding EPDM or silicone rubber.
